Ghost Eeveelution

I haven't come up with a name just yet but let me give you some background..  
(Left side is common/Right side is shiny)

"The Grave Robber Pokemon"
(Insert Name Here) uses it's astral arms to phase through the ground to rob the graves of people and other Pokemon.
It tends to collect and wear any jewelry it may find inside.
(It can also switch between the arms being visible and invisible)

Bring a fainted Eevee to a cemetery to have it evolve into (Insert Name Here). Be sure that the Eevee has maximum affection towards it's trainer. It's love for it's trainer will allow it to return from the dead to stay by their side.

(Yes I know fainting and dying is not the same thing but it's as close as the games come to it.)

I want them to make a ghost type Eeveelution soooooo badly >.<
